Benefit for the Children of Sandy Hook

You know you are cool when you look at the clock at 8:17 pm and decide it’s no longer worth pretending you should stay awake. I realize most 3 year olds have a bedtime later than this and I am ok with that.

I think my 12 hours of sleep last night contributed to my hour run this morning that was THEBOMB.COM even though the humidity in Houston is approximately nine thousand percent today. Don’t you just love it when the stars align and you have an awesome run? Don’t worry, I scared less than ten people I passed with the amount of enthusiasm that I said, “Good morning!”

The following pictures are from my normal route. I decided today that running next to water makes me happy. I also really enjoy trail running but I don’t think my little stroller rider would appreciate me bumping him along through the woods… Ouch.

I have been wanting to sign up for a race after my new PR the other day and you know what they say? ask and you shall receive!

Not only is this just a race, it benefits the CHILDREN OF SANDY HOOK ELEMENTARY. If you are a runner or even a walker you might check this out. Especially if you live in the Connecticut area! Maybe somehow I will be able to participate? Let me know if you are and we can run together and become BFFs.

Later today we are finding out if the next Sauvageau baby is a girl or boy! I already have one niece and one nephew so I will be THRILLED either way. I used to be able to guess pretty accurately based on gut feelings if babies were girls or boys but lately I have been wrong more than right. I am thinking this one is a girl… so that probably means boy. Time will tell!

Tonight is date night!!! Yay!

1. What’s your bedtime? Be honest. I don’t judge.

2. Where’s your FAVORITE place to run?

3. Do you ever have gut feelings if babies are boys or girls?

- With Noah I always thought of him as a boy even before I knew. I would have been shocked to find out he was a girl!

4. How often do you have date nights?

What a beautiful path you take with Noah! I always wish for healthy babies and have this nonsexed picture of the unborn in my head. As much as I try I can’t picture the sex of the baby. Oh well I am never disappointed that way. Love the grandbabies and can’t wait for the next…

Joe says the exact same thing! So I just decide what he thinks for him haha. I can’t wait to find out!

Definitely thought you were announcing a pregnancy via your blog and I was going to be a little upset lol. Then I read niece or nephew and I calmed down :) Yay more babies!
