Today I have another acupuncture session and I had a ton of questions last week about how it went. I plan on doing a recap tomorrow so if that interests you make sure you check it out!
I haven’t done too much recipe experimenting this week (because I REALLY need to go to the store) but I did find some stuff from my Foodie Penpal in the pantry I hadn’t used so tried that last night and I really enjoyed it.
This stuff came from Williams Sonoma and that chili jam… YUM! The green lentils and pecan rice weren’t bad either. I cooked them for 45 minutes and just added the chili jam on top. Cheese, sour cream, and the sun dried tomatoes were also thrown into the mix
With all the seriousness happening here the past two days I hadn’t even shared my latest Sprinkle’s picks. Saturday we stopped there after going to see Daniel Tiger at the Children’s Museum. I opted to try s’mores and vanilla with milk chocolate frosting. The s’mores one had a marshmallow frosting, a graham cracker bottom, and a chunk of dark chocolate in the middle. I think you s’mores lovers out there would approve! As for me, I’m (impatiently) waiting for them to bring back salted caramel.
Unfortunately the flavor of next month is maple bacon? I might have to try it just to say I did.
